The Pre-school Learning Alliance is a leading educational charity specialising in the early years. We provide practical support to over 15,000 early years settings and make a positive contribution to the care and education of over 800,000 young children and their families each year. We are seeking to fill the following vacancy within Lincolnshire. This post is a Maternity Cover position to start 20th July 2018

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team working across Lincolnshire Children’s Centres to deliver Best Start Lincolnshire. The successful candidates will be expected to provide families with children aged 0-5 years high quality early years sessions such as PEEP, Growing Together and Terrific 2’s! and support antenatal sessions.
Early Years Educators will be expected to plan sessions, track children and have excellent knowledge of the EYFS. Working independently and as part of a multi-agency team, following Lincolnshire County Council and Pre-school Learning Alliance policies and procedures.
Successful candidates will hold a relevant Early Years Childcare qualification to a minimum Level 3 or equivalent and have a passion to working with children age 0-5 years and a desire to improve outcomes for all families.
A comprehensive induction and support package will be provided to the successful applicant.
