The Pre-school Learning Alliance is a leading early year’s charity, also the largest voluntary sector provider of childcare services and a major partner and contributor to the government’s Children’s Centre programme.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team. We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Practitioners for our three settings on the east coast in Ingoldmells, Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leonard’s. We are looking for individuals who are motivated and committed to the Early Years.

The successful candidates will join our experienced and dedicated team of early years professionals.  You will have a passion for working with the under 5’s, be enthusiastic, hardworking, full of creative ideas and able to work well within a team as well as on your own. 

Successful candidates will also ensure that all children attending the setting receive high quality care, are kept safe, and receive rich and stimulating play experiences that meet their individual needs.

Some of your responsibilities as an Early Years Practitioner will include ensuring the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment, planning, preparing and reviewing the curriculum with the team in your room in line with the EYFS, following and implementing all the policies and procedures set out by the setting and undertaking further relevant training.
