Important information for members: contacting the Alliance over the festive period.
Our Information Service is closed from Saturday 23rd December until 1st January 2108. We return as normal on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. Any emails or voicemails received over this closed period will be responded to on our return after 2nd January.
If your query relates to insurance, please contact the team on 0207 697 2585. The insurance team is available to help with queries as normal except on the following dates when the office is closed: 25th and 26 December and 1st January 2018. For any emergency claims to report (such as a fire, storm or flood) please contact our Emergency Out of Hours Insurance Claim Line on 0345 300 4006.
